Baking time on the Regular cycles take from 3 hrs to 3 hrs 40 mins. There is also a 2 hr Quick Bake cycle available on the Zojirushi Bread Machine BB-HAC10
One disadvantage is that because of the small loaf size, the hole left by the single paddle can be
sizeable.
