We would recommend placing a heat resistant surface under the machine.A horizontal loaf is produced by the Breadman TR875 2 Pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel for the 1 lb and 1.5lb loaf pan size, but I have found that the larger 2 lb loaf can be as high as it is long. Sometimes intervention is required during the kneading cycle when using the Gluen-free cycle on the BreadmanTR875 2 pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel. This is not only a problem with the Breadman TR875 2 Pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel machine as the Gluten-Free cycle can cause problems in other breadmaker machines. The Breadman TR875 2 Pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel package includes a very good manual with a nice range of recipes. A measuring cup and spoon are also included.

Overall the Breadman TR875 2 Pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel is an excellent machine, offering value for money at its price point.The more compact size is also an added advantage.
