We would recommend placing a heat resistant surface under the machine.A horizontal loaf is produced by the Breadman TR875 2 Pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel for the 1 lb and 1.5lb loaf pan size, but I have found that the larger 2 lb loaf can be as high as it is long. This is not only a problem with the Breadman TR875 2 Pound Breadmaker Stainless Steel machine as the Gluten-Free cycle can cause problems in other breadmaker machines.
